We had company over for Sunday dinner. Our guests brought a large vegetable tray and dip to enjoy with our homemade pizza.

We only finished about half of it with dinner.

I left it out, uncovered on the kitchen table over night, while I was cleaning up after dinner.

I tossed the ranch, but thought about a way to salvage a lot of the dried out looking vegetables instead of throwing them away.

If you’re wondering about what to do with a left over vegetable tray from your party, this may be the solution for you.

I made a repurposed broccoli cheddar soup.

There’s is a printable recipe for your cooking binder below.

Or you can print it out to use someday, but never really get around to it. And it will be in a pile of stuff on the counter.

No judgement here.

I do that all the time.

PS My kids loved this soup. Except for the kid who doesn’t eat soup.

At all .

Because he’s opposed to the whole category of food in general. I wish I was joking about it.

Even though this soup was amazing.
